Family Notes At the Annex

Greetings From Holy Trinity Annex.  Preparations for the new school year are ongoing.  We are trying to keep our Early Education Tab on the 

Holy Trinity Website (https://holy-trinity-school.com/early-childhood-1) 

updated with information and forms you may need. 

Parent - Student Orientation

Thursday, September 5th will be our day for Parent - Student Orientation.  This will provide an opportunity for parents and students to meet the staff and teachers, tour the building, and drop off any supplies.  We’ll start in the gym and you will meet the teachers and they will be able to take you to your child’s classroom.  Our office staff will be available if you have any questions and you can also tour the school if you haven’t had a chance to do so yet.

The Holy Trinity PreK-3 session will be at 8:30 A.M.-9:30 A.M. and Holy Trinity PreK-4 will be 9:30 A.M.-10:30 A.M., Holy Trinity Kindergarten, and the Holy Trinity First Grade session will be from 8:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.

Your child’s teacher will be reaching out to you before the orientation day by email to give you information and specifics about each class so be on the lookout.  

Friday September 6th - First Full Day of School

We will start our full day schedule on Friday September 8th.

Tuition Payments

The first tuition is due on 8/15/24 for all established Holy Trinity Pre/K 3 & 4, Kindergarten, and First Grade Tuition accounts as well as any Aftercare accounts.  Payment must be made in full in order to start school in September.  If you registered your child late accounts are created 1-2 weeks after enrollment and payment is due upon receiving your first invoice.  The second payment is due on 9/15/24. 

 If your plans have changed and your child will not be attending school at the Annex this year, August 15 is the withdrawal deadline when families can withdraw from school for the 2024-25 academic year without financial penalty.  Please notify the school in writing.

Arrival and Dismissal

Dropoff for car riders will begin at 7:45 for students.   Please park in the parking lot and walk your child over to the sidewalk by the flagpole. There you will be met by staff who will lead students into the building.  Please do not park in the bus/fire lane or block the driveway of the house. Bus riders will also be met by staff to accompany the students in. 

Holy Trinity Pre-K 3 and 4, Kindergarten and First Grade students will pick up and sign out at the Chapel side doors in the front. Bus riders will be put on the bus by staff members. 

Holy Trinity Student Uniforms

Holy Trinity Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, Kindergarten and 1st grade wear uniforms.  For the  Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, and Kindergarten that would be the Holy Trinity gym uniform, with white or black socks, and white or black sneakers.  First Graders follow the regular uniform guidelines which can be found in the Holy Trinity Handbook on the school website. Health Office Updates

Students are required to have a current physical on file in the Health Office for the 2024-25 school year.  The physical must have been done between 

Sept. 5, 2023 - Sept. 5, 2024.

Some More Info

We are attaching some information and forms to this email.  One of the forms is the Emergency Contact Sheet for our school.  If you can print it out, complete it and return it to the school it will help us to be ready to welcome your child.  You can return it via email, by dropping it off at our main office, or by bringing it on orientation day.  If you don’t have access to a printer, a hard copy is available at the main office. Our current summer hours are Tuesday-Thursday 9 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
