Family Notes At the Annex

Applications for 2025-26 School Year.
Applications have opened for new applications for the 2025-26 school year for our Holy Trinity Kindergarten. If you are currently in our Holy Trinity Pre-K 4 or one of our UPK classes and you wish to enroll your child in our Holy Trinity Kindergarten you must complete the online application to reserve your spot. Tuition information has not been finalized but this year’s rates are available on the school website and we expect only a moderate increase. Please reach out to the main office if you have any questions or want more information about our school.
If your child is currently in Holy Trinity Pre-K 3 or 1st Grade you do not have to apply for next year. Enrollment for those grades is automatically rolled over and you will receive information about registering for the next grade in January.

Winter Weather Delays, Closings and Dismissals
We use IRIS (Immediate Response Information System) to send emergency notifications such as weather related closings, delays and early dismissals. Please let us know if your phone number or email changes. If you have caller ID, the phone calls come from a number in Sugarland, Texas where IRIS is based. Emails will arrive from [email protected]. Please make sure it is not blocked on your email accounts.
Early dismissals can happen quickly for a variety of weather and emergency reasons. Please make sure that you have access to alerts and your family has a plan and available contact person to pick up your child if they are a car rider or meet their bus if they are a bus rider.
Tuition Payments
The next payment is due on 12/15/24 for all Holy Trinity Pre/K 3 & 4, Kindergarten, and First Grade Tuition accounts as well as any Aftercare accounts and Wrap Around accounts.
Parking Lot
When picking up at dismissal please use the crosswalk and sidewalk and do not walk between the buses.
Colder Weather
Winter is here! Students will have outdoor time each day when the weather permits so, please dress them appropriately for the chillier days. All students need coats on the cooler days. The conditions can change as the day goes on. Layers work best (be sure to label all clothing so we can reunite it with your child if they misplace it.)
Health Office Updates
As usual there are a lot of different illnesses around this time of year. Please keep your child at home if they are symptomatic so we can prevent illnesses from spreading. If your child is absent please notify their teacher by message or call the main office. If you have any questions concerning medical issues please contact the school nurse at 845-303-6127.
Reminder- Students who are sick with fever, vomiting or diarrhea must be symptom free without medicine for 24 hours before they return to school.
