Family Notes At the Annex
From the Desk of Mr. Roach
Less than a month to go in our school year. The students have shown such growth and now is the time to finish strong and celebrate their achievements.
We are planning Moving Up Ceremonies for all classes during our last full week of school. The teachers are planning the ceremonies and will provide you with more details in their class newsletters. Attendance will be limited due to the capacity of the auditorium but we hope it will provide an opportunity to see your child’s class and celebrate after this long year. Doors will open at 9:15 A.M. for 9:30 A.M. ceremonies and at 10:45 A.M. for 11:00 ceremonies.
Thursday May 26th will now be an off day for all at the Annex. It is a giveback of our last available snow day that we did not have to use. Now we have Thursday 5/26 through Monday 5/30 off for the Memorial Day Weekend.
Last Chance on Lost And Found Items
We have a growing collection of Lost and Found that includes jackets, sweatshirts, etc. We are leaving it out until June 1st after that date usable items will be donated to charity.
Rescheduled
The Archdiocese is providing a virtual parent workshop for Pre-K parents about making the transition to Kindergarten on
Monday June 6th at 12:30 P.M.
Information was sent by email and the flyer can also be found on the Holy Trinity website under the Early Education tab.
The Archdiocese is also providing a series of workshops for parents of all grades on supporting your child over the summer.

Information on how to register was emailed to parents from the Archdiocese and the flyer is also available on our website.
Covid is still around. Thank you for continuing to be cautious and testing when necessary. If anyone needs additional Covid home tests we have them available in the office. We will send test kits home with all students before the Memorial Day Weekend. If any students test positive please notify the office.
Holy Trinity School Registration 2022-2023 School Year
Registration is ongoing for next year. Financial Assistance is available. The earlier families apply; the sooner they will receive their award notices for 2022-2023. If you know of anyone who might be interested let them know that the application for new students is available on the Holy Trinity Website and if they have any questions to call the office.
May 15th - Final Payments Due
All SMART/Blackbaud Tuition and Fee accounts should be paid in full at this time.
Before/After Care Billing May and June
Due to the last scheduled payment occurring in May for the Blackbaud/SMART Tuition billing cycle, all extended care must be prepaid for the remainder of the school year. If you are registered to use the program you should have received a form and need to send it in with a check or money order made out to Holy Trinity School with the hours you plan for your child to use the program. Please make sure all tuition, wrap around and before/after care fee accounts are up to date.
Before/After Care
There is no Before Care on Wednesday May 25th
The last day for After Care will be Wednesday June 15th.
The last day for Before Care will be Friday June 17th.
