The Archdiocese has implemented a new system for After Care Program sign-up and payments. The forms and information are available here by clicking on the link or in the Annex Main Office.

If you would like your child to participate in the program please read the material, complete the forms and return them to the Holy Trinity Annex Main Office.

The After Care Program is only available to full day students and space is limited. The program starts at dismissal and student must be picked up by 5 P.M. If you have any questions please call the Annex @ 845-471-6600.
